Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that you are able to enter into these Terms where you live.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your access, including activity by agents or software you connect to it.

3. Prohibited content

You may not upload, generate, request, share, or use as a reference any content that:

• sexualizes anyone under 18 (CSAM), or depicts a minor in a sexual or sexually suggestive way. This includes drawn, rendered, edited, and AI-generated material, and applies to real and fictional minors alike;
• is sexually explicit;
• shows gore, real-world graphic violence, or promotes or instructs self-harm;
• depicts or glorifies terrorism, or uses hate symbols to promote hate;
• uses a real person’s likeness to deceive, harass, or sexualize them without their consent;
• is illegal where you or we are located, or infringes someone else’s rights.

Violence at the level of a video game or a film is fine. Gore and real-world harm are not.

4. Your content and generated output

You keep what you own. Anything you upload stays yours, and you may use what you generate for any lawful purpose. You give us the license we need to store, process, moderate, and display your content in order to run the Service, including showing it publicly where you choose to post or share it. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or use as a reference.

5. Moderation and reporting

Everything submitted to the Service, including uploads, prompts, references, and content posted publicly, is screened by automated systems and may be reviewed by us. We may remove content, refuse a request, or restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for any violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice. Public content carries a Report control. We review every report.

6. Child safety

We have zero tolerance for CSAM or exploitation of minors. If we identify it, we terminate access and report it to the appropriate authorities.

7. No financial promises

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We make no promises or guarantees regarding the value, price, utility, or any financial return of $CLAWHUNTER or any other token, asset, or reward. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose some or all of their value. You use the Service and hold any token entirely at your own risk.

8. Rewards, referrals, and pricing

All rewards, referral rewards, incentives, credits, and prices are provided at our sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, revoked, or discontinued at any time without notice or liability. We reserve the right to withhold or claw back any reward we determine, in our sole discretion, to have been obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability.

10. Service provided “as is”

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
