Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and who it’s shared with.

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy explains how Claw Hunter (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information when you use our websites, apps, and API (the “Service”). It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

1. What we collect

  • Account information. The details you sign in with, such as wallet addresses and the name, username, and email address of a linked social account. Also your profile and settings.
  • Your content. Prompts, messages, uploads, references, and the images and videos you generate.
  • Payment information. Purchase records, wallet addresses, and transaction IDs. Card payments are handled by our payment providers, and we never see your full card number.
  • Usage and device information. IP address, browser and device details, the pages and features you use, and records of API usage.
  • Public information. Public blockchain data for the wallets you link, and public profile details of the social accounts you link.

2. How we use it

  • to provide the Service and deliver what you ask for;
  • to process payments, credits, rewards, and referral payouts;
  • to keep the Service safe, including content moderation and enforcing our Terms;
  • to prevent fraud, spam, and abuse;
  • to understand how the Service is used and improve it;
  • to comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, sign-in, payments, AI model providers, content safety, and analytics. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.
  • Advertising and measurement partners, which may receive identifiers such as your email address to measure signups.
  • Other users, when you publish something or join a community studio (see below).
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect people’s safety, including reporting child sexual abuse material.
  • A successor, if Claw Hunter is part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. What other people can see

Your work is private until you publish it. Published work shows your username and profile picture, along with how it was made. A community studio’s team can see who its members are and how they use the studio’s shared credits. Anything you do on a blockchain is public.

5. Content safety

Content submitted to the Service is screened by automated systems and may be reviewed by us. We keep records of content we block and the accounts involved, and we report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies such as device identifiers. They keep you signed in, remember your preferences and referral links, and measure how the Service and our ads perform. Where the law requires it, we ask before using them to measure ads, and you can change your choice from Cookie settings in the footer. Blocking them may stop parts of the Service from working.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, you have 30 days to restore it by signing back in. After that it is deleted for good, along with your content. Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited time. We keep some records longer when we need them for legal, safety, or fraud prevention reasons.

8. Your choices and rights

You can unpublish or delete your work, manage your sign-in methods, and delete your account from Settings. To access or correct your information, message us on X.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. We’ll honor these rights as the law where you live requires.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee it.

10. Age requirement

The Service is only for people 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we close accounts we learn belong to a minor.

11. International transfers

We and our providers operate in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
